The architectural bureau "A.LEVINSON AND PARTNERS" assumes responsibility for the entire complex of Urban design — from the development of urban plans and projects, the creation of urban planning concepts and master plans of districts to the formation of industrial, social, engineering and transport infrastructures.

During the design, we take into account the interests of the residents of the city, the conditions of the historically established settlement, study the territories from the point of view of prospects for socio-economic development, environmental and geological conditions of the area. We investigate the topography, engineering communications and other factors that may affect the project.
